Pastel Burlesque
Here is a breathtaking cocktail that combines the zesty essence of CHOYA Yuzu with the smoothness of vodka.
INGREDIENTS:
- CHOYA Yuzu - 0.75 oz
- Vodka – 1.5 oz
- Butterfly Pea Tea Syrup - 0.5 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice - 0.75 oz
- Crème de Violette - 0.5 oz
- 1 Egg White

The Rising Sun
Shake up your negroni by adding The CHOYA Craft. This twist adds a sweetness as well as a little tartness, creating the perfect balance.
INGREDIENTS:
- The CHOYA Craft Fruit - 0.5 oz
- Blanc/Bianco Vermouth - 0.5 oz
- Campari – 1 oz
- Japanese Gin – 1 oz
- Garnish with a Dehydrated Orange Slice
