CHOYA is excited to be continuing its’ annual World Cocktail Week in Japan from November 12th-14th at The CHOYA Ginza Bar in Tokyo. This special event was created to showcase creative and unique original cocktails inspired by cultures around the world. This year’s featured guest bartender, Pawel Michlik from Poland, has been crafting cocktails using CHOYA since 2017. During World Cocktail Week, he will be serving four of his original The CHOYA Cocktails.

He plans to open his own BAR "HANASHI" in Krakow in December 2024
Japanese Connector
INGREDIENTS:
- 25 ml The CHOYA Craft Fruit
- 25 ml Żubrówka Bison Grass
- 25 ml Apple Thyme Cordial
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash of Orange Bitters
- Top off with The CHOYA Original Sparkling Wine
Ume Awakening
INGREDIENTS:
- 20 ml CHOYA Kokuto
- 40 ml Żubrówka Bison Grass
- 30 ml of Coffee (either espresso shot or cold brew)
- 5 ml of smoked plum syrup
- 2 Dashes of Fernet Branca
Autumn Symphony
INGREDIENTS:
- 25 ml The CHOYA Aged 3 Years
- 25 ml Chopin Rye Vodka
- 30 ml Ginger Rosemary Cordial
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- Top off with CHOYA Yowanai Ume Soda
Moonlight Sonata
INGREDIENTS:
- 25 ml The CHOYA Extra Years
- 35 ml Chopin Potato Vodka
- 15 ml Dry Vermouth
- 10 ml Umeshu Cordial
