- Japanese Whisky - 1.5 oz
- Simple Syrup - 0.5 oz
- Yuzu Juice (Can sub lemon juice here) - 1.0 oz
- 1 Egg white (or foaming substitute)
- Fruit-Forward Red Wine (Shiraz, Malbec, or Cab) - 0.5 oz
